Seven Week Chakra Workshop 2026

Come and join us on a seven week exploration across the seven primary chakra.

We will be working through Elemental Chakra – An Invitation to an Intuitive Practice. A 350-plus-page working-book designed to take you on a journey of self-discovery.

The chakra workshop is made up of seven 2-hour Saturday morning sessions that run from 10am - 12noon.

Week one – Root chakra
Week two – Sacral chakra
Week three – Solar plexus chakra
Week four – Heart chakra
Week five – Throat chakra
Week six – Third eye (brow) chakra
Week seven – Crown chakra

That’s seven two hour sessions, plus a copy of the working-book (valued at $123), a set of chakra affirmations cards (normally $65 per deck) and a make and take home chakra aligned piece of work each week that draws from meditation (including mindfulness), crystal healing, herbalism, flower language and aromatherapy mediums.

This work asks you to go within, to set sail on a voyage of self discovery, that promotes understanding, healing and wellness. It can help enable you to take control of who you are and who you choose to be, to work with yourself in new ways, and to build a relationship with yourself to overcome, empower and prosper.
