I have always had an interest in crystals and aromatherapy since I was very young. As I grew up I started collecting crystals and in my teens I got more involved in herbs – growing, cultivating and creating products such as hair rinses and also eating herbs to help with different areas of health. 

I also started to use aromatherapy products and began using a small collection of essential oils in oil burners and adding them to my bath and massage oils etc. 

As a mum I continued using crystals, herbs and aromatherapy to help with a raft of challenges in our home including for calming, increasing clarity and basic ailments (e.g. lavender essential oils can be applied to general cuts and abrasions to clean the wound and speed up healing). 

My two girls are now grown and have been a huge support to me on my journey, one of my children designed my logo and the other took all of my photos to help launch my business and for this I am eternally grateful.
