To use as a charging plate, lay your crystals flat to the surface, having as much of the crystal contact the surface as possible. Leave them there for 24hours and then when you pick them up you can give them intent. Smaller stones can be done in few hours, but if your not sure then go with the 24hours as a standard practice.
