Personal Relaxation has been designed to help with sleep. It blends together specific essential oils and crystals to soothe the body and relax the mind allowing you to rest.  When you wake up in the morning you will feel mentally and physically restored.

You apply it to the area behind your ears, or on the nape of the neck before you go to bed. 

Personal Relaxation combines the following essential oils into a perfect blend:

Ylang Ylang

Sandalwood 

Vitiver

The following crystals have been used to infuse Personal Relaxation:

Hematite or Clear Quartz
