A one-on-one 45 minute meditation session, using both mindfulness and meditation practices – a personal meditative journey that can be carried out in person or remotely.
Note: the first 10 minutes is a conversation about what you are seeking though the meditation and the last 5 minutes is a check-in, actual meditation time is 30 minutes.
If being done in person you can lay down covered with a blanket, sit, or stand, what ever you are comfortable doing is fine. I will open the space and then ask you a few questions about what you are wanting from the session. Then we will begin your meditation.
If being done remotely I will work with you to explain how to open the space between us and how the session will work. It can be over messenger or over the phone.
