Harmony Sage/Mixed Herb Smudge Stick

Beautiful Harmony smudge stick that is made up of white Sage and mixed herbs.

White sage has been used traditionally for smudging for many many years. It is used to remove negative energy, or the energy of others and to bring balance, because of this it also brings added benefits in reducing anxiety and improving sleep.

You can use the smudge stick smoke on anything including yourself, another person, a room, a building or property, or even a mode of transport such as a car. You light your smudge stick and place it on a fireproof plate or paua shell. Set an intention and move the smoke about the area you wish to cleanse. If it is in your home it is good to focus on the high traffic areas such as doorways and entries. If it is a particular room that you are clearing/cleansing be sure to get the smoke into the corners of the room/s including the ceiling corners.
