Aura Repairing - Sound Bite

A 20 minute aura repairing sound-bite-session using crystals, sound and other client agreed modalities. 

Each session includes a 5 minute discussion on your needs, 10 minutes carrying out the aura repairing, ending with a 5 minute check-in on how you are feeling following the session.

Everywhere we go, we perceive other people's energy on the auric field. To put it simply, an aura is a vibrant ray of colour composed of energy that flows around living things. Stemming from the Greek word for “breeze,” our Auras indicate our moods, emotions, and overall vibe.

Just like the human body your Aura will change and react to everything you have going on in your life, and this can cause it to degrade and experience tears or rips which can lead to imbalances and dis-ease.

Each sound bite session takes 15 minutes (actual time spent doing the Aura repairing), so you need to allow for around 20 to 25 minutes in total.

These session can be done remotely or in person.

If being done in person you will being lying down covered with a blanket. I will work my way around the body with my hands approx. 10 centimetres away from your body. As I work intuitively at times I may place my hands on you and possibly do some pressure point work as I go. I also add sound when and where I am led to.

NB: However if you prefer not to be touched you just need to let me know before we start the session, as I can complete the Aura repairing without touch.

If being done remotely I will work with you to explain how to open the space between us and how the session will work. It can be over messenger and also over the phone.
